Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing consultative customer support and sales insights to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for customers

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Utilize established sales strategies to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct needs assessments, recommend products and services, and provide solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes and sales strategies

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, call quality requirements, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of home improvement products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics
