Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to address their questions, comments, and concerns about our products and services.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer interaction.
• Taking the initiative to learn about our products and company to answer questions confidently and provide accurate information to customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving complaints, and providing information about order status and product queries.
• Consistently updating customer information in our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Working closely with colleagues to communicate and coordinate when necessary to ensure seamless customer support.
• Processing customer return merchandise authorization (RMA's) and special orders, as well as completing various business forms and applications upon request.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and being willing to improve policies and procedures within your department.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times, even in challenging situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• A proactive and initiative-taking approach to problem-solving and customer support.
