Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. As a key member of our software engineering group, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications for enhancements and new products. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications for enhancements and new products
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using a range of programming languages and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Conduct system programming tests, including interfacing and software assessments
- Coach and mentor junior engineers in less senior positions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Three to four years of qualifying work experience in data generation or engineering environments
- Associated advanced degree may also offset the work experience requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills and Competencies
* Experience building applications on cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with supply management tools like Git and expertise in using ADO
- Backend engineers: experience in developing applications using Java or Springboot
- Frontend engineers: experience in developing applications using React JS or Angular JS
- Backend engineers: ability to develop interfaces using API JSON or SOAP and web services
- Familiarity with database principles and experience in writing SQL in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and operate with user stories and acceptance standards
- Willingness to analyze and discover new technologies, large technology stack, and troubleshoot using deeper studies and debugging
