Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, with less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately log customer interactions and maintain data integrity
  • Ability to accommodate extended hours, flexible work schedules, and work overtime as needed, including weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Displays strong dependability and reliability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM case logging, preferably with Salesforce
  • Experience with interaction distribution systems, such as Genesys Pure Cloud
