Responsibilities

REI is looking for an Senior Appian Consultant to architect, design and implement industry-focused, integrated solutions leveraging the entire Appian Technology Platform of solutions. As a Senior Appian Consultant you will be a key leader for the business of consulting as well as the business of our clients. REI’s growth trajectory ensures that SSenior Appian Consultants will immediately impact customer interaction and team development, working closely with our clients and REI core members. Not only do REI developers become experts at building process applications on the Appian software, they also become business process experts in the various client industries they work. How you’ll contribute: Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process based solutions Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success Ensure solutions are built for scale and performanceDesign and implement solutions with Appian software and provide demonstrations to clients. independently interface with client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablementSupervise, mentor and develop junior consultants on application and implementation methodology Provide thought leadership on process improvementOther similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions 5+ years of related IT experience Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”) Agile certification Experience Working In The Following Technologies Required: Appian RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB) Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion) Experience Working In The Following Areas Is A PLUS: Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP) DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence EEO Statement: REI Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
