Construction Project Manager – Capital Projects (PMO Lead) Position can be remote to start | Relocates to Lancaster, TX in 2029 About the Role Bridor USA is looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Capital Projects Office as PMO. In this role, you will manage large-scale building construction projects, overseeing general contractor and subcontractors. You will work closely with our Engineering team to develop and enforce building specifications and standards. Additionally, you will provide essential support during process installations and production line commissioning. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage construction activities for major projects located in Salt Lake City, UT, Vineland NJ and Lancaster, TX.
• Monitor weekly construction progress and report to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and maintain building specifications and standards.
• Support production line testing, startup, and process installations to ensure operational readiness.
• Manage sub-contractors selection through bid evaluation and ongoing oversight.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and enforce safety policies on construction sites.
• Work closely with internal teams to promote collaboration and clear communication. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
• Take action to resolve any issues in ongoing two large capital projects in Utah and New Jersey.
• Ensure all building and utility readiness milestones are met for production line startup.
• Build strong working relationships with Engineering and contractor teams. • Experienced Construction Manager, Project Manager, or PMO Lead with a background in food and beverage construction
• Highly organized, action-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related STEM field
• 5 years of experience managing large construction projects
• Strong project planning, estimating, organizing, and monitoring skills across multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
• Experience managing contractors through bid evaluation and qualification processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Food & Beverage construction projects
• Background in industrial management and familiarity with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management practices
• Understanding of food safety and clean design construction standards
