Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve service delivery. Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Conduct research and compile data to support HR initiatives and projects. Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
