What to Expect As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Reviewing customer applications for various student loan programs to ensure completion and accuracy * Handling processing, reporting, and correspondence requests related to student loans * Adhering to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations * Completing tasks in a productive data entry environment while meeting quality assurance expectations * Assisting with borrower program concerns and reporting compliance issues to leadership Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 12 months of experience in administrative support and in a business environment * The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance * Must be a US Citizen and not in default on any Federal Student Loans * Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN How to Stand Out If you have: * A Bachelor's degree * 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center * Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote) * Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy You'll be well-positioned to excel in this role and take your career to the next level.
