Job Summary

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities

* Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.

• Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
• Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Bilingual preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with donors in multiple languages.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
• Certification in customer service or a related field.
• Experience working in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
