Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Data Information Processor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing client/agent requests, managing high call volumes, and working within multiple systems to execute specific lender requirements. Key Responsibilities:

* Process client/agent requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • Manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Work within multiple systems, including client/lender databases, to execute specific lender requirements
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience in the collection, repossession, or automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • 40 wpm minimum typing speed
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple screens

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a remote environment

  • Experience with data processing and information management
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple screens
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
