Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions to ensure seamless support
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by arenaflex
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and technical support to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
