Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Providing information about products and services to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting performance targets and contributing to overall team goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
