Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your role will play a critical part in ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as necessary
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
