Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing important data, ensuring it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our patient records and other essential data. You will work closely with our team to ensure data integrity and consistency, and will have the opportunity to attend regular training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with Arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inputting and updating data into databases and customer management systems
• Verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered
• Reviewing data for discrepancies and resolving any issues promptly
• Following data program techniques and procedures for data entry
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Attending regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
