Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via call, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information regarding products and services, resolving customer issues efficiently and with a professional demeanor, documenting customer interactions and transactions, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work under 4 hours per day
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
