Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records based on interactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must reside in California

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment

• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
