Warehouse/Logistics Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Key Responsibilities

• Shipping & Receiving
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Verify and document incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.
• Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and optimize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
• Warehouse Operations
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively.
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.

Preferred

• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and carrier requirements.
• Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
