As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in creating, editing, posting, and messaging content using our Content Management Systems. Your primary objective will be to increase brand awareness and drive business opportunities through effective marketing strategies. If you are a self-driven individual with a passion for learning and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities• Create, edit, post, and update content, including articles, email campaigns, press releases, online courses, and other external communications.• Design and develop branded graphics and sales and marketing print materials that meet brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite.• Produce and edit marketing video content using Adobe Premiere and other video editing software.• Utilize a DSLR camera and light boxes for photography and videography projects.• Use WordPress Content Management System (CMS) to build and update website pages, blog posts, landing pages, event calendars, and webforms.• Utilize WooCommerce to support enrollments, subscriptions, and product sales.• Build email marketing campaigns in HubSpot to nurture contacts and drive engagement.• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot Reporting to drive marketing efforts and content corrections.• Create and post marketing campaigns for Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.• Learn and use ClickUp project management suite to ensure organization and compliance with project deadlines.• Assist with content management and analysis of social media accounts and activity.• Act as a technical contact for our third-party website development team.• Act as a technical moderator for HPS-hosted online courses via Zoom.• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and solve problems using reliable critical thinking skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.• Support HPS member support and client visits as needed.Essential Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator).• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with WordPress CMS.• Minimum of 2 years of web design and SEO experience.• Photography and videography experience required.• Ability to write and edit engaging, grammatically correct content.• Experience working in a CRM is preferred.• Experience working in HubSpot CRM is an asset.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in social media management and content creation.• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.• Familiarity with ClickUp project management suite.• Experience with email marketing campaigns and HubSpot Reporting.• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and marketing principles.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
