Program Outline The Examination and Information Expert Program is a comprehensive program that focuses on early career opportunities for applicants who can expect to gain: Business acumen and analytical skills development Professional development in a scientific-driven environment Cross-functional collaboration and senior leader exposure Personal and professional growth through our enterprise diversity and inclusion work streams Upon successful completion of the program, examiners will be equipped with critical functional skills, business intuition, and a growing professional network to position them for continued career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analytics & Data Early Career Professional in the Investigation and Information Examiner Program, you will: Acquire hands-on experience working as part of a high-performing team to build your analytical and interpersonal skills on a daily basis Experience school-to-corporate temporary development, including a monthly learning plan, TED Talk discussions, a virtual speaker series from leaders across the organization, and other cross-organization events Receive professional guidance from a dedicated program manager and supervisor who will support your delivery of Wells Fargo's Professional Development Program Participate in networking activities and community engagement with other professionals and analytical community members Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and improve the internal and external customer experience Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Analysis, Applied Math, Computer Sciences, Data Analysis, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Physics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis 3+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education Capacity to take on an elevated level of responsibility, drive, and accountability Openness to Agile approach and experience working across teams Solid analytical skills, including decisively analyzing/controlling data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing interventions Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Understanding of analysis, research, statistics, data modeling, and data management Demonstrated knowledge, interest, or experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI, programming languages like SQL, Python, Java Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Wells Fargo, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
