Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Providing information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
- Assisting customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and making changes as needed
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Essential Qualifications
