Responsibilities

As an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving or making a high volume of calls from or to customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service provided by the call center, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
  • Using active listening skills to understand the needs and complaints of the customer before offering them the best possible solution, tailored to their unique situation.
  • Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience, whether it's resolving an issue or simply providing information and support.
  • Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry customers and providing them with the best solutions to resolve their issues, always maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Joining a team of Call Center Customer Service Representatives and building a positive relationship of teamwork, trust, and excellence, working collaboratively to achieve our shared goals.
  • Understanding and using the required software, reports, tools, and metrics to track performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed, such as sales, ensuring that every customer receives the support they need.
  • Participating in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures, upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service.
  • Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with regards to CRM software, with the ability to navigate and utilize various tools and systems.
  • The ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension, remaining calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
