Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Inbound) to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our inbound call team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, navigating multiple internal computer systems, and documenting key information on customer accounts and our software system. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Inbound) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering information to determine member eligibility and appropriate course of action
  • Documenting key information clearly and concisely on customer accounts and our software system regarding information provided, received, or action taken
  • Navigating multiple internal computer systems, including our CRM software, to provide accurate and timely support to our members
  • Complying with all applicable compliance regulations (i.e., HIPAA), organizational policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare customer service and CRM software

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce.com)
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Experience working in a remote customer service environment (required)
  • Experience working in a healthcare customer service environment (preferred)
  • Experience working in an inbound customer service environment (preferred)
