Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote Social Media Customer Support team. As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of arenaflex on social media platforms, assisting our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a unique blend of excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in automotive and sustainable energy products.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, providing feedback to management to improve customer experience and company products
  • Maintaining a positive and professional brand voice in all interactions, ensuring that arenaflex's reputation is upheld on social media
  • Helping identify trends and insights in social media conversations to better understand customer needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure that arenaflex remains a leader in the industry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or community management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging responses to customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with experience in creating and implementing social media strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with CRM tools and other customer support software is a plus, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to deliver exceptional customer service

Educational Qualifications
