Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Advanced typing and keyboarding skills
- Ability to work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area, with a minimum upload/download speed of 10 Mbps
- Ability to pass a background check and provide identification verification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of telecommunications and technology products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
