Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
• Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct advanced investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a strong foundation in data entry and analysis. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup
• Advanced Access skills
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to apply fair and consistent use of company policies and government requirements
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
• Ability to work well in a team environment
