As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Conducting research and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Updating existing data
- Reviewing and updating incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven data entry work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
