Key Responsibilities

Position Type and Schedule

This is a full-time remote position that requires you to live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin. You will work a standard schedule, with the option to participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program that includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US

• Strong digital literacy and comfort with exploring online, email, and web search
• A dedicated high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 MBPS and download speed of 25 MBPS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional tone and language
• Demonstrated perseverance and focus on maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
