[Remote] Amazon Catalogue Manager

Sophie Society is a company that has significantly impacted the Amazon marketplace, assisting numerous brands and generating substantial ad revenue. They are seeking an Amazon Catalogue Manager to ensure the accuracy and health of Amazon catalogs, resolve various catalog issues, and support account health management.
Responsibilities
- Resolve catalog issues: ASIN errors, GTIN/UPC exemptions, parentage fixes, suppressed listings, stranded inventory
- Upload, edit, and troubleshoot flat files (bulk and single)
- Correct product categories, GL types, and variation reviews
- Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images
- Support account health by resolving policy, IP, and trademark violations
- Ensure advertising eligibility (SB/SP campaigns, A/B testing)
Skills
