[Remote] Senior Sales Development Representative

Invoca is a leading company in the revenue execution platform market, utilizing AI to enhance online marketing and offline sales integration. The Sales Development Representative role focuses on generating interest in Invoca's platform and building a pipeline of potential customers, while working closely with sales leadership and utilizing various outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, working proactively to exceed sales targets
- Conduct high-volume outreach through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other tools to spark interest in Invoca
- Craft and deliver compelling product narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-level executives
- Book discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives to help fill the sales pipeline
- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies for prospecting and outreach
- Work with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track progress and improve results
- Collaborate with marketing to share feedback on messaging, lead quality, and campaigns
- Build foundational knowledge in martech/adtech and gain exposure to digital marketing and analytics
Skills
- A strong interest in sales and a desire to break into the SaaS/tech industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, people-first approach
- A self-starter attitude—you're comfortable working independently and eager to learn
- Comfort with high-volume outreach and willingness to grow through feedback and coaching
- Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, service industry, call center, etc.) is a plus but not required
