[Remote] Veterans Law Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) is a private, public-interest law firm focused on serving disabled military veterans and their families. They are seeking a dedicated attorney to represent veterans in appeals for VA disability benefits and other legal matters, contributing meaningfully to the lives of clients while fostering a commitment to equality and inclusion in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Case record analysis, brief writing; and
- Electronic filing of necessary documents and appeals
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to at least one State Bar
- Licensed attorneys or those who have recently passed any state bar exam are preferred
- Prior experience is not required
