Beyond Shades is a Hunter Douglas Certified Professional Dealer specializing in custom window treatments. They are seeking a Part-Time Sales Support Specialist to support their sales team and assist clients directly during weekends and peak gallery hours.
Responsibilities
- Support sales consultants with follow-up, scheduling, and coordination
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in the gallery
- Answer phones, qualify inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Assist with selling and product guidance when designers are unavailable
- Gather client needs and project details
- Update basic CRM notes and documentation
- Help maintain an organized, professional showroom environment
- Work primarily weekends, with some weekday shifts as needed
Skills
- Comfortable working with clients in a sales environment
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Confident stepping in to support or sell when needed
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to follow systems, processes, and sales guidelines
- Prior experience with Hunter Douglas window treatments is required to qualify for higher pay
