[Remote] IT Project Coordinator, Healthcare - Remote

This role involves assisting with project development, coordinating client support efforts, and ensuring project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts
• Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables
• Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts
• Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
• Analyze project data and produce progress reports
• Assist Project Director with administrative functions and processes
• Assist Project Director with various tasks related to managing their portfolio
• Run meetings in the absence of the Project Director
• Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other activities
• Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and reports

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in executive administrative, project coordinator and/or a similar position in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Knowledge of how healthcare IT projects operate
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams
• Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines
• Confidence in navigating new environments and situations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred
