[Remote] Sr. Analyst, Global Consumer Solutions

The Senior Analyst role in the Global Consumer Solutions team is crucial for delivering actionable insights from consumer and shopper data to help clients drive growth and make informed strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer and shopper data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for client growth
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations that inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader client strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and apply insights to drive business outcomes
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to share findings and recommendations
• Respond to client inquiries and support the resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Act as a strategic partner and trusted subject matter expert to cross-functional teams, leveraging you deep expertise in our Consumer Solutions to help shape and develop opportunities that drive client success
• Lead or support multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and enhance best-in-class content, templates, and processes for insights delivery
• Support the development, updating, and delivery of training materials for internal teams and clients
• Stay current on Global Consumer Solutions tools, data, methodologies, and industry trends to ensure best practices are applied

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or a related client-facing role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience working with consumer panel data, syndicated data, or shopper insights
