About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly capable Customer Support Agent to fulfill a permanent, full-time position. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing timely, thorough, and considerate support to our customers via phone and email. Your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
  • Supervise and ensure that relevant orders have shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
  • Perform other customer support-related or administrative job duties as assigned
  • Multitask and maintain a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge and usability, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excel in communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time while multitasking
  • Possess tactful customer issue resolution skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a remote customer support role
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
