Key Responsibilities

  • Research and post items for sale on various online platforms, including social media company accounts, to attract potential customers and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering product and service questions, suggesting relevant information about other products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and gather detailed information about inventory for posting online, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all sales sites.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse and inventory system, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Open and manage customer accounts by recording and updating account information, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Skilled written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM, with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, with a willingness to work in a warehouse and office environment.
  • Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
