In this remote part-time customer service representative role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to voicemail messages, and making outbound calls to promote customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
  • Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers
  • Transfer calls to various departments as needed, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on their experiences, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve our services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, issue resolutions, and customer feedback

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
