Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to lost or stolen accounts, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a part-time position that requires a strong commitment to working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries related to lost or stolen accounts in a professional and empathetic manner
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Background check required

• Ability to use WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi)
• Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) smartphone
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
