Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution
  • Entering and managing customer requests in arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Monitoring and reviewing the status of open tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Communicating outcomes and updates to customers via email, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining organized records and focusing on quick ticket resolution

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience is required, though previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is a plus
  • Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods, with a strong understanding of basic computer software and hardware
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to learning and a desire for career growth in Information Technology or Customer Service Help Desk roles
