Title Solutions Consultant
Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) is seeking a Title Solutions Consultant who will support dealerships across Minnesota with title and registration services. This role involves providing guidance, building relationships, and advancing from hotline support to on-site consulting.
Responsibilities
- Support dealerships with title + registration questions by phone, email, and in-person visits
- Provide guidance on compliance, accuracy, and process improvements
- Work within state systems (MNDRIVE, Vitu, DLRdmv, etc.) and HubSpot CRM
- Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands-on support

- Tech confidence (comfortable navigating multiple systems)
- 1–2 years in customer service, administration, or a role with deadlines + accuracy requirements
