Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry team, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
- Investigating to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes).
- Settling all information passages related to special cases.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
- Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites.
- Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to get data, gain abrogate endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
- Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
- Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
- Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least a year and a half experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
