Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their campaigns or purchases. You'll be responsible for responding to emails, phone calls, and instant messaging inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer emails and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling phone calls from customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions
• Utilizing Live Chat to resolve customer issues and provide support
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
