Responsibilities
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Meeting sales objectives as defined
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- 6 months of sales experience minimum
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
- A reliable internet connection with the following specifications:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- A clean and quiet workspace
