[Remote] Medical Writing Intern, Market Access (PharmD)

They are seeking a Medical Writing Intern to work closely with the Market Access team, gaining exposure to medical writing and developing content for various deliverables targeting access decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Market Access team to gain exposure to the principles of medical writing and the innovative work of clients developing groundbreaking medicines and treatments
• Learn how to develop content for a range of deliverables targeting access decision makers
• Build essential skills in evaluating scientific literature, coordinating references, and verifying the accuracy of cited information used in pharmaceutical marketing materials and medical, legal, and regulatory submissions

Skills

• PharmD candidates expected to graduate by June 2026
• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
• Expertise in gathering, evaluating, and summarizing scientific literature
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Working knowledge of AMA style guide
• Prior experience in areas such: Medical and Drug Information, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, New Product Commercialization, Promotional Agencies
• Working knowledge of managed markets, healthcare systems, and healthcare delivery
• Involvement in professional organizations such as Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO)
