What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
