The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and email interactions. You'll work one-on-one with customers to explain the features and benefits of our insurance products, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience. This is not a call center environment; instead, you'll be working in a personalized setting where you can build meaningful relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers
