As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with our staff to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Processing Incoming Orders and Returns: Accurately and efficiently process incoming orders and returns, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Preparing and Sorting Documents for Data Entry: Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all relevant information is included and that documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Reviewing and Entering Data Updates in Systems: Review and enter data updates in our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reviewing Discrepancies in Data Received: Identify and resolve discrepancies in data received, ensuring that all information is accurate and consistent.
  • Organizing Monthly Sales Reporting: Organize and prepare monthly sales reporting, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that reports are accurate and timely.
  • Performing All Other Office Tasks: Perform a variety of other office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in Data Entry or Related Fields: A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Deadline and Detail-Oriented: A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Other Related Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • High School or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of basic math and computer skills.
  • Microsoft Excel Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.

Job Type and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote position, with a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. As a remote employee, you will be expected to work independently and manage your time effectively, with regular check-ins and communication with our team.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
