[Remote] Healthcare Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
  • Collaborate with clinical consultants to identify practice workflows and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accurate scheduling
  • Maintain scheduling templates and track patient rescheduling needs

Skills

  • Administrative experience in a provider office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in healthcare-related administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
