Software Engineering Internship

The Software Engineering Intern will assist in researching tickets and fixing bugs, working closely with the Engineering Manager and Developers to improve product quality and reduce the defect backlog.
Responsibilities
- Research tickets to determine the cause
- Write and test code
- Identify common issues and develop solutions
- Develop ideas for process improvements
Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering or other software related field
- Knowledge or interest in software development or support
- Understanding of data structures and object oriented programming
- Basic SQL capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
