Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. You'll also be responsible for entering, photocopying, scanning, and delivering interoffice correspondence as necessary. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner

  • Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Production-related experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time
  • Shift work can be daytime, evening, or overnight depending on role, with mandatory overtime (in-office or remote) as business needs require
  • Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
