Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Efficiently managing CVS data entry operations in a Work From Home (WFH) setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts.
• Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, while adhering to arenaflex's strict quality standards.
• Participating in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations.
• Conducting on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP.
• Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results.
• Helping to create remedial activity plans and tracking their fulfillment.
• Creating review tools for all populations and maintaining information sections on all review tools.
• Participating in the development of bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
• Collaborating with the QM team to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences).
• At least 4 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a high proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

• RN or LPN clinical record experience.
• QM evaluating experience or case management experience.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
